张秋香,博士,教授、硕士生导师。研究方向为食品生物技术和益生菌理论与技术,主要围绕口腔微生态、预防龋齿、牙周炎及口臭等口腔问题的益生菌资源挖掘及机制研究展开。主持承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、十三五国家重点研发计划项目等各类纵向、横向项目6项。在食品微生物领域发表SCI收录论文40篇,参编益生菌相关中英文专著3部。获授权国家发明专利45项,获授权国际发明专利9项。研究成果获中国商业联合会科学技术一等奖,中国发明专利金奖。
